Four wins in a row for Bridgwater lettings office
February 2025
Top quality customer service has ensured continued success in the British Property Awards for the Bridgwater branch of Greenslade Taylor Hunt.
The firm’s letting department in High Street, Bridgwater, has been awarded gold in the annual competition for the fourth year in succession.
Julie Cameron, Lettings Manager, said: “We were delighted to receive this award once again and I would like to congratulate the whole team on their continued efforts.”
The accolade recognises the team’s excellent customer service focus.
“Mystery shoppers” put staff at the office through their paces and assessed 25 different criteria to rate their customer service – including how emails and phone calls were handled.
Now the busy branch has been shortlisted for a number of national awards.
Construction on the new nuclear reactor at Hinkley Point is bringing skilled workers to the area and fuelling the demand for rental properties along with the planned £4bn Gravity gigafactory at Puriton.
Currently the Bridgwater branch is marketing a couple of new build two-bedroom properties to let in North Newton, handy for the amenities at North Petherton and also close to Junction 24 of the M5 for connection to the Hinkley Park and Ride service.
To find out how the award-winning Bridgwater team can help you whether you are a landlord or tenant please ring 01278 457007 or call into the office at 31-33 High Street, Bridgwater.
