The estate agency team at Greenslade Taylor Hunt’s Chard office have much to celebrate after winning gold in the 2023 British Property Awards.
The office staff at I High Street, were judged in a rigorous process with the focus firmly on excellent customer service. Their dedication was recognised and it earned them the title of best estate agency in the town.
The award follows a series of top-rated Google reviews from happy clients. A recent vendor remarked: “Quick and efficient service. Property marketed and within a week GTH found a purchaser and asking price accepted.”
The independently judged property awards give agents and customers the chance to compare standards across the industry.
James Waterman, who heads up the Chard office, said: “We were absolutely delighted to hear that we had won the award for the Chard office and honoured that the efforts of the team have been rewarded. The last few years have been exceptionally busy and to be recognised for our customer service in this environment is an achievement that the whole team can be proud of.”
Now the Chard office has been shortlisted for a series of national awards, which will be announced later in the year.
