The estate agency team at Greenslade Taylor Hunt’s Taunton office have much to celebrate after winning gold in the 2023 British Property Awards.
The office staff at I3 Hammet Street, were judged in a rigorous process with the focus firmly on excellent customer service. Their dedication was recognised and it earned them the title of best estate agency in the town.
Associate, Katie Hale, who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, and is a firm believer in exceeding clients’ expectations, said: “Customer service is our number one priority and I am so proud of the team for winning the gold award.
“We put a lot of time and effort into training the team here in Taunton to ensure we give our clients the best possible service and advice.”
The independently judged property awards give agents and customers the chance to compare standards across the industry.
Now the office has been shortlisted for a series of national awards, which will be announced later in the year.
