Laura heads up successful lettings office

The Honiton lettings department of Greenslade Taylor Hunt has been awarded gold in the British Property Awards for three years in a row for its excellent customer service. Taking the accolade as the best lettings agency in the town.
Now new Lettings Manager Laura Chance wants to build on this success to help landlords and tenants alike.
Appropriately Laura has an extensive customer service background and 15 years’ experience in the property industry.
Laura said: “Customer service is central to my role and I am delighted to be based in Honiton, a town I know well.”
She joined GTH in 2021 as a property inspector, covering the Honiton and Chard offices. As her young family grew up, she has been able to devote more time to her career and took on the role of lettings negotiator in the Ilminster office.
She is delighted to have secured the role of Lettings Manager in Honiton, an area she knows well, having been brought up locally.
She is well-placed to understand the challenges and needs of young families looking for a suitable home.
