Experienced estate agent Mark Chant has been appointed to lead the residential team at Greenslade Taylor Hunt’s Yeovil branch.
Mark has a wealth of experience in the property industry spanning 25 years including running his own estate agency in the town. He has an extensive knowledge of the housing market in Yeovil and the surrounding area.
“I love valuing property and I know how important customer service is,” said Mark, who is delighted to be heading up the Yeovil team.
He has always enjoyed the estate agency process, meeting people and being “out and about,” but he knows how vital it is to be honest with vendors on realistic pricing.
“Reputation is everything,” he added.
Mark describes the current market as being quite buoyant with an uptick expected as Spring always signals an increase in house moving activity.
Mark and his partner, Anna, and three-year-old son, George, are about to move themselves, so he understands the challenges and stresses of moving with a young family.
However, he enjoys the whole estate agency process and relishes being part of a team and is thrilled to have joined Greenslade Taylor Hunt with its network of branches across Somerset, Dorset and Devon.
