Trio of wins for Bridgwater lettings department

February 2024

Customer service is at the heart of the ethos at the lettings department at the Bridgwater branch of Greenslade Taylor Hunt.

The dedication and diligence of the team led by Lettings Manager, Julie Cameron, has been recognised for the third year in a row as they have won gold in the British Property Awards.

The accolade recognises the team’s excellent customer service.

Delighted Lettings Manager, Julie Cameron, said: “My team and I are absolutely delighted with this award for the third year running and I am so pleased my team have excelled themselves with their customer service skills. Well done to all involved.”

“Mystery shoppers” put staff at the office through their paces and assessed 25 different criteria to rate their customer service – including how emails and phone calls were handled.

Now the High Street branch has been shortlisted for a number of national awards.

Construction on the new nuclear reactor at Hinkley Point is bringing skilled workers to the area and fuelling the demand for rental properties.

Two and three-bedroom homes are always sought-after and Julie and her team would be delighted to hear from landlords interested in marketing their properties through Greenslade Taylor Hunt.

Currently available is a modern three-bedroom semi-detached house on the popular Stockmoor development, with easy access to the M5 at Junction 24 and with a range of local facilities, shops and a school nearby.
