Records broken at 70th Annual Walford Cross Machinery Sale

The Annual Spring Machinery Sale, Walford Cross which is located between Taunton & Bridgwater celebrated its 70th anniversary in style with a record number of lots post covid and a record breaking turnover!
Around 2300 lots were on offer with 100 tractors and vehicles, 550 lots of machinery and 1600 lots of miscellaneous items to include livestock equipment tools and mowers created a buzz with record attendance and a very active online bidder input.

It’s not always the top prices that have a bearing on the trade and the quality second hand machinery, in particular grassland equipment, sold exceptionally well with mid-range kit often exceeding vendor expectations.
At the sale we announced the new location for the sale going forward with the April 2026 sale taking place just a mile north of the current site directly off the A38.
