Our development land and planning specialists are marketing an attractive residential development site with resolution to grant outline planning permission for up to 22 dwellings, together with associated infrastructure works and subject to the completion of the Section 106 Agreement.

Access will be provided via the creation of a new vehicular access from the unclassified road to the north-east.
