North Somerset sale continues to grow

June 2025

Auctioneers Greenslade Taylor Hunt conducted their fourth annual North Somerset Collective Machinery sale that is located just off the A38 by Wrington. The weather throughout the day could have been mistaken for pretty much every season with scorching sun, torrential rain and a bitter cold morning.

The sale itself continues to grow with local farmers supplying a vast array of tractors, machinery and livestock equipment.

Some sale highlights include: £6,700 for a Land Rover Defender 110; £6,000 for a Krone 6 star tedder; £5,000 for a Class 340 round baler and the same price was achieved for a Polaris Ranger; £3,400 for a Case 895 and £3,100 for a New Holland 1010 baler.

Auctioneer Andrew Clements commented ‘the local farmers supported the sale extremely well and were rewarded with buyers from across the whole of the South West and further attending and creating a buoyant trade throughout!’
