GTH quartet gain CAAV qualifications

December 2024

Four members of staff at leading property partnership Greenslade Taylor Hunt are celebrating after gaining fellowship of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Mollie Gillard, Ryan Doble, Annie Haxforth and Zubin Tucker have all earned the right to put FAAV after their names following a gruelling exam process.

The examiners were impressed with the high calibre quartet who work at offices throughout GTH’s office network in Devon, Dorset and Somerset.

Tom Mellor, GTH Partner in charge of the firm’s graduate scheme, said: “We were delighted to hear of the recent success of our CAAV candidates this year. We strive to provide a solid basis of experience for our graduates and trainee surveyors, with which to springboard from to obtain their qualifications and then flourish with us as agricultural valuers and chartered surveyors.

This year’s crop of talent within the firm is a testament to the hard work and competence of each individual, showing that hard work and commitment pays off.”

Mollie Gillard MRICS FAAV has been juggling studying for her CAAV qualification alongside gaining her membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

She initially joined GTH’s Burnham-on-Sea office on her work placement year as part of her degree in rural enterprise and management from Harper Adams University. Since graduating she has been based at the firm’s Dorchester office.

Zubin Tucker MRICS FAAV joined GTH’s Tiverton office as a graduate from UWE Bristol in 2022. Since qualifying as a chartered surveyor in May 2024 he has specialised in the valuation of rural property from GTH’s Redhill office near Bristol.

Also at Redhill is graduate surveyor Annie Haxforth FAAV. She has been at the office since leaving the Royal Agricultural University with a masters in rural estate management. She undertakes a wide range of professional work and is also studying for her chartered surveyor qualification through the RICS.

Ryan Doble FAAV is based at Honiton, but also undertakes auctioneering duties at Sedgemoor Auction Centre, Junction 24, North Petherton. He is also studying for his chartered surveyor qualifications.
