Programme Pathways
Placements
Successful candidates will work alongside rural surveyors who are experts in their field. You will experience the diverse range of departments we have as well as learning a range of specialist skills. Your role will include writing reports, mapping and planning applications to name a few, all whilst getting office experience in one of our West Country locations.
Apprenticeships
Our apprenticeship programmes offer full-time work at a dedicated branch under the mentorship of a qualified expert. Alongside support from your college, we provide you with a combination of practical and theoretical learning. You will explore various departments and gain specialist skills. By the end of your apprenticeship, you'll have the experience needed to advance with a career in your chosen field.
Graduate Recruitment
We will support you in enhancing your expertise as you work towards further qualifications and professional memberships. There are several pathways such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV). Or more planning specific qualifications routes such as The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
