An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy lettings team as a Property Inspector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing our clients with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service whilst at the same time providing excellent support for the local team. This is a remote role, attending tenanted properties to conduct periodic inspections on behalf of our Landlords.
You will effectively work as part of a team ensuring that our clients’ expectations are not just met but exceeded.
To be considered for the role of Property Inspector you will have:
- Experience working in the lettings environment, ideally within the residential property sector
- Good working knowledge of using a tablet to complete inspection reports and taking photos
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and be a self-starter
You will be required to work 15 hours per week, which can be flexible throughout the working week.
