About the Role
As Residential Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team in Dorchester, drive new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional results for clients. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our strong reputation and expanding our presence in the local property market.
The successful candidate must have:
- A proven track record in estate agency and winning new business
- Strong networking skills and local market knowledge
- A proactive, driven approach with excellent organisational skills
- Leadership and team management experience
