Overview

Belle Vue Rise is an attractive development of detached and semi-detached houses and is situated within the popular village of Uffculme. This village provides a good range of local facilities including primary healthcare and schooling - with the latter providing excellent secondary schooling via its renowned local authority school - Uffculme School.

We were brought on board by the developer to assist with sales, having previously instructed another agent to market the development.

At the point of instruction, five homes remained on the market, for which we organised professional photography and high quality brochures to be produced, all of which helped ensure that each of the remaining homes found excited buyers in a swift timeframe.

Our Tiverton Office handled all viewings and sales progression.
