The development is made up of 20 new two, three and four bedroom homes located just under 1 mile from Junction 24 of the M5 Motorway.

We worked with our Bridgwater Office, supporting Summerfield Homes with the marketing and sale of homes at Carrots Farm.
We provided Summerfield with portal advertising, handling all Rightmove and other web advertising, alongside support with events, marketing and sales.
Regular meetings took place between us and Summerfield to coordinate the support, and referred clients were passed to Summerfield Homes from us in order to agree sales.
