We worked with the developer from an early stage, bringing these homes to the market, with full branding, including attractive brochures with professional photography, floorplans and site plans all coordinated by GTH.

We initially provided Strongvox on a referral basis, listing selected plots on property portals, other web advertising, alongside support with events, marketing and sales.

Viewings were conducted by our local Barnstaple Office, who also looked after the reservation process and sales progression.
