Tucked away in a quiet backwater of the charming Somerset village, of Compton Dundon, within easy reach of Street, Somerton and Glastonbury, this attractive new home forms part of a small collection of thoughtfully designed properties.

Services provided

We were brought on board by the developer to assist with selling the final two homes at Compton Mews, having worked with another agent agreeing the first batch of sales. We were approached for fresh ideas to help find buyers for the last homes.

We organised professional photography and high-quality brochures to be produced, and despite having spent a number of months on the market with another agent, buyers were found for the homes within a few weeks, much to the developer’s delight.

Our Wells office handled all viewings and sales progression.
