Overview

Cricketer Farm is set in the historic village of Nether Stowey. The site sits at the northern foothills of the Quantocks, near the coast, Taunton and Bridgwater. Beautifully designed new homes by noted developer. Nearby village amenities include various shops, cafes, pub and post office.

Services provided

We worked with our Bridgwater Office, supporting Strongvox with the marketing and sale of homes at Cricketer Farm in a number of ways.

We initially provided Strongvox on a referral basis, listing selected plots on property portals, other web advertising, alongside support with events, marketing and sales.

Latterly, towards the end of the development, our involvement grew, providing Strongvox with a dedicated Sales Executive, dealing with all interest and viewings on an appointment only basis, seeing out the development through to the final sale.

Estate Management is coordinated by our Property Management Team.

Our Property Management department looks after the estate management for the development and in addition, a number of units were bought by investors who let the properties through our Bridgwater Lettings Office.
