Knowle Green Farm was a small group of barn conversions set in a stunning unspoilt yet accessible rural location.

Built to a high standard by a small and well renowned local developer, this small development of just three spacious barn conversions offered versatile homes that ooze style and practicality.

Services provided

We were brought on board by the developer to assist with sales, having previously instructed another agent to market the development.

At the point of instruction, three homes remained on the market, for which we organised professional photography and high quality brochures to be produced, all of which helped ensure that each of the remaining homes found excited buyers in a swift timeframe.

Our Chard Office handled all viewings and sales progression.

Since the original phase was completed, a further additional unit achieved planning permission and at December 2025 is being marketed for sale by us.
