Overview
Lake View was a superb new development by Laurel Homes, offering just three homes in a quiet location close to Cranmore Park and nearby fishing lake, providing a serene escape from the flourishing town of Bridgwater.
Comprising of a pair of link-detached three bedroom homes and a further detached chalet-bungalow, finished to an excellent standard.

We worked with the developer from an early stage, bringing these homes to the market, with full branding, including attractive brochures, CGIs, floorplans and site plans all coordinated by us.
We provided appointment-only staffing on the site, with our dedicated sales executive, overseeing all sales and handling all viewings with the assistance of our Bridgwater Office.
A number of purchasers made use of Assisted Move, with us assisting the sellers and developers in creating chains for interested purchasers.
