Overview

The development was sympathetically restored by Axeus, a local developer which prides itself with beautifully crafted homes and high quality finishes.
Services provided
We worked with the developer from an early stage, bringing these homes to the market, with full branding, including attractive brochures, CGIs, floorplans and site plans all coordinated by us.
We provided appointment-only staffing on the site, with Pam Midgley acting as the dedicated sales executive, overseeing all sales and handling all viewings with the assistance of GTH’s Bridgwater Office.
A number of purchaser’s made use of Assisted Move, with us assisting the sellers and developers in creating chains for interested purchasers.
