Sellicks Barton was an exclusive, select development of just six, high specification brand new houses, set in the picturesque Somerset village of North Newton, closely situated to both Bridgwater and Taunton.

Services provided

We worked with the developer from an early stage, bringing these homes to the market, with full branding, including attractive brochures, CGIs, floorplans and site plans all coordinated by us.

We provided appointment-only staffing on the site, with a dedicated sales executive, overseeing all sales and handling all viewings with the assistance of our Bridgwater Office.

A number of purchasers made use of Assisted Move, with us assisting the sellers and developers in creating chains for interested purchasers.
