We were brought on board by the developer to assist with selling the final home at Silk Mills, having already agreed a sale on the first plot at the development without agency assistance.

We organised professional photography and high quality brochures to be produced, all of which helped ensure that the remaining home found an excited buyer in a swift timeframe.

Our Taunton office handled all viewings and sales progression.
