Overview

St. Katherines Close, was a beautiful new development of just 15 homes in the delightful village of Ilton. The site offered a range of detached houses and bungalows designed to satisfy an array of requirements in additional to some semi-detached affordable housing.

Built by esteemed local developer Otter Construct Ltd, St. Katherines Close offers the superb combination of a picturesque setting and the convenience of easy access to the A303, also benefitting from the popular town of Ilminster and train connection to London from Crewkerne, both within drivable reach.

Services provided

We worked with the developer from an early stage, bringing these homes to the market, with full branding, including attractive brochures, CGIs, floorplans and site plans, all coordinated by us.

We provided appointment-only staffing on the site, with our dedicated sales executive, overseeing all sales and handling all viewings with the assistance of our Ilminster office.

A number of purchaser’s made use of Assisted Move, with us assisting the sellers and developers in creating chains for interested purchasers.
