The Brief
Acting for Taunton Fabrications Limited in preparing an application for the change of use of land from agriculture to Class B business use and erection of commercial buildings to meet our clients’ requirements.
The Result
Our planning team project engaged with Wessex Water, Country Highways and South West Heritage Group to research the background information and advice necessary to prepare planning proposals. A full planning application was prepared to include a Planning Statement, application forms and certificates, and architectural design plans, taking care that the designs would also satisfy Building Regulations requirements. Following submission some minor amendments were made to the proposal in response to the planning officer's comments. Full planning permission was granted allowing the approved development to progress.
