The Brief
Acting for Taunton Fabrications Limited in preparing an application for the change of use of land from agricultural to Class B business use and the erection of commercial buildings to meet our clients’ requirements.
The Result
Our planning team engaged with Wessex Water, County Highways and South West Heritage Group to seek advice and research the background information in order to prepare planning proposals. A full planning application was prepared to include a Planning Statement, application forms, certificates, and architectural design plans, in line with Building Regulations. Following submission some minor amendments were made to the proposal in response to the Planning Officer's comments. Full planning permission was then granted allowing the approved development to progress.
