The Brief
After hosting their own wedding at Dairy House Farm, the applicant instructed us to prepare a planning application in respect of a proposal to convert barns at their farm into a wedding venue. It was also necessary to retrospectively apply for permission to extend one of the buildings to regularise works that had already taken place.
The Result
The Council agreed that the proposals were acceptable and full planning permission was granted.
