The Brief
Mr T appointed us to provide planning and architectural services to secure full planning permission for works to extend and renovate an old bungalow in a Somerset village in the Quantock Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The client purchased the property through us and had big plans for the property to meet their needs and to bring the property up to modern standards.
The Result
Following a site meeting with the client, we prepared the plans required to support the planning application. A meeting was held with the planning officer who was able to support the proposed alterations and extensions. There were no objections from neighbouring properties and the application secure the support of the Parish Council. We were delighted that we were able to assist our client in achieving their ambitions to extend their home. We are now preparing the plans for building regulations approval.
