James re-joined GTH in October 2025, where prior to a brief spell in another role he spent 5 years working as a Development Surveyor in the Development Land & Planning department. James is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer and has a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate having graduated with first class honours from the University of the West of England in 2017. He specialises in the valuation of all types of residential, commercial, development and agricultural property and land, as well as assisting the Commercial Agents in Taunton and Yeovil. Outside of work, James is actively involved with the Somerset Carnivals, being a member of Harlequin Carnival Club from Ilminster, and is also involved in Scouting.
