Owen has been passionate about property since 2009 and brings a wealth of experience to his role. After relocating from London to the West Country, he joined GTH in 2018 and quickly progressed through leadership roles, managing two Residential Sales teams before becoming Head of New Homes in 2023. In 2026, Owen stepped up as New Homes Partner, leading our expanding New Homes division and working closely with developers to maximise sales success and deliver outstanding results on every project. Owen’s approach is all about strategy, communication and attention to detail. He thrives on building strong partnerships with developers and motivating his team to provide a first-class service that drives performance and exceeds expectations. Away from work, Owen lives in Somerset with his family and loves taking on big challenges — from marathon running to the Three Peaks, often raising money for charity along the way. He’s also a keen musician and regularly performs with his Somerset-based band, The Ancestors.
