Robert Baker BSc (Hons), MRICS, FAAV

Robert joined GTH in March 2014 having qualified with a national firm in the east. Robert was brought up on a dairy farm on the Somerset levels and always had a keen interest in farming and rural affairs. Initially he worked from the Burnham-on-Sea office and in 2022 moved to the firms, Redhill, Bristol office where he is now based. He carries out farm and land agency alongside a range of professional work to include, rural planning, grants and subsidies, landlord and tenant matters and professional valuations. In addition, he works at the livestock market every Saturday where he is an auctioneer selling the stirks. He is also one of the firm's land and property auctioneers being seen regularly on the rostrum.
