Russell is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV), and a Registered Valuer, recently joining the Greenslade Taylor Hunt agricultural team in Ivybridge. Beginning his career as a graduate surveyor in 2011, he progressed to equity partner at a well‑respected firm in Devon, where he achieved his professional accreditations with both the RICS and CAAV. He undertakes a broad range of rural professional work across Devon, including RICS Red Book valuation reports, environmental grants and schemes, planning applications, land and farm agency, compensation claims, machinery auctions and other agricultural matters. On Saturdays, Russell can often be found at Sedgemoor Market, drawing on his experience auctioneering cattle and sheep across several Devon markets. Outside of work, life is kept enjoyably busy by his two young sons.
