Sam graduated from the University of West of England with a Masters in Urban Planning and joined GTH in February 2023 as a Graduate Planner. Sam became a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in December 2025, where he then transitioned from a Graduate Planner to a Planning Consultant shortly after. Sam provides professional planning advice to a wide range of clients across the South West and beyond on a variety of projects including residential, commercial and agricultural development.
