Thomas Rawlings

Tom started his career in estate agency in Frome and Glastonbury, working his way up from a part time Junior Negotiator to a full time Senior Negotiator in a short period of time for a leading agricultural agency. After a couple of years of honing his skills, he was drawn to the bright lights of Bristol where he spent eight years working around the Gloucester Road and Clifton area, progressing from a Senior Negotiator to Area Manager and the running of several high profile offices in and around the city centre. During his time in Bristol, Tom found his adaptable customer service based approach allowed him to stand out in a heavily crowded market, ensuring nothing was too much to ask of him by a client of him. Whether it was a £100,000 or a £1,000,000 plus property everyone would receive the same exacting standard of service throughout the process. Tom then made the move back to Somerset initially as a director of a family run estate agency in Clevedon, before setting down roots with Greenslade Taylor Hunt in the well-established Burnham-on-Sea office. Tom’s main responsibilities will involve the day-to-day running of the office, new and second hand home valuations, viewings and seeing sales through to a satisfactory completion.
