Promotions announced at GTH
January 2026
We are delighted to share that the firm has supported a number of promotions across our network of offices and sectors.
Vicky joined the firm in 2018 and now acts as our Operations Partner, in addition to her existing role of Partnership Secretary, leveraging her extensive experience to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Jamie Batt, our newest Agricultural Partner, joined GTH in 2016 as a graduate surveyor at the Yeovil office where he quickly secured RICS and CAAV memberships. Jamie is dedicated to supporting clients in the agricultural sector and can often be found selling Stirks at Sedgemoor Auction Centre on Saturdays.
Owen Setter originally relocated from London to the West Country and joined GTH in 2018, soon advancing through leadership positions. He has now taken on the role of New Homes Partner, leading the expanding division having developed a strong reputation for his work in residential sales.
Additionally, we are pleased to announce the promotions of George Williams, Ollie Webb, Anna Price and Adam Hayes to Associates.
George Williams joined GTH as a graduate in 2020, progressing to development surveyor upon completion of his RICS membership in 2023. He specialises in all aspects of development work, including development agency, consultancy, valuation and strategic land.
Ollie has over a decade of experience in the industry and joined GTH in 2022 upon the opening of our Barnstaple office in North Devon. Ollie heads up the residential team which is going from strength to strength and is also joined by our lettings and agricultural teams.
Anna began her journey with WRJ Greenslade & Co in 1986, working in Taunton and Bridgwater markets. As the firm grew, she shifted to the Yeovil office and now heads the administrative team at the Sedgemoor Auction Centre market office.
Which brings us to Adam Hayes who joined WRJ Greenslade & Co in 1985, following in his father's footsteps, who worked for over 42 years for the firm. His primary focus is to grow the livestock side of the firm and assist farmers in stock selection.
Expressing his excitement about these advancements, Simon Havens, Chairman, said: “We are grateful for the dedication and hard work of our colleagues. These promotions are a well-deserved recognition of their commitment to the firm and its clients.”
We have long been champions of investing in our staff, so to find out more about our available job opportunities and apply - head to the GTH careers page.
We also have well-established apprenticeships, placement and graduate schemes which run across the disciplines of the firm. Contact [email protected] for more information.
