Bridgwater - Lettings Administrator, Part-Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Bridgwater Residential lettings Office as an administrator.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing our clients with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service whilst at the same time providing excellent administrative support for the local team.   In addition there will be an occasional requirement to attend accompanied property viewings with our clients.                                  
 
 You will effectively work as part of a team ensuring that our clients’ expectations are not just met but exceeded.
 
 To be considered for the role of Administrator you will have:

  • Experience working as an administrator, ideally within the property sector
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Publisher and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
You will be required to work Monday – Friday 28 hours/week (flexible days and times) plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am – 1pm.

Accounts Assistant (Maternity Cover) – Livestock Market, Sedgmoor Auction Centre, North Petherton


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Livestock Office as an Accounts Assistant.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing our clients with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service whilst at the same time providing excellent accounting support for the local team.   In addition there will be an occasional requirement to attend offsite machinery and livestock sales.                                  
 
 You will effectively work as part of a team ensuring that our clients’ expectations are not just met but exceeded.
 
 To be considered for the role of Accounts Assistant you will have:

  • Experience working as an Accounts Assistant, ideally within the farming sector
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, basic accounting and banking procedures  
  • Excellent communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • The ability to work well under pressure
You will be required to work Tuesday – Saturday 9am – 5.30pm.

South Molton - Part-Time Receptionist / Administrator (Maternity Cover)

To be considered for the role of Receptionist/Administrator you will have:

·Excellent audio typing skills.
·Excellent communication skills.

You will be required to work 9am - 1pm Saturday plus additional holiday cover as and when required.

Yeovil - Full-Time Agricultural Surveyor

Experienced Agricultural Surveyor required to cover the Dorset, South Somerset and the South West Wiltshire area. The role will focus on advising clients and landowners throughout the region on all aspects of professional and agency work.  An interest in livestock auctioneering would be an advantage but not essential.
