Wells Office - Saturday and occasional part time Sales Negotiator

We have a vacancy for a part time sales negotiator to provide additional cover for the sales team on Saturdays 8.30am to 4.30pm and occasional cover as required. Experience in the property industry is beneficial. The role involves:

  • Answering enquiries and registering applicants
  • Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
  • New Instruction administration and Sale Agreed administration
A full UK driving licence is required as you will have viewings to attend, as well as good organisational and computer skills.

Taunton - Assistant Accounts Administrator

The Role:
This is a full time, permanent position commencing on 5th November 2018.
Following retirement and a restructure of the Accounts Department a new opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Accounts Administrator in the busy accounts department.  The role is key to the success of the department in providing excellent service to both external and internal customers. This is a demanding role in a busy environment.
Specific tasks include:

  • Being the first responder to telephone enquiries, directing calls to colleagues, assisting with queries and taking messages.
  • Processing of card payments via our card payment service, reconciling reports on a daily basis.
  • Daily administration of cheques received and paying in at our local Bank.
  • Handling of all incoming and outgoing post for the department.
  • Assisting with the processing of data transactions using Sage Professional 200 accounting software.
  • Maintaining records for our surveyors to enable accurate, efficient submissions of annual declarations.
  • Filing, archiving, scanning of documents.
  • Supporting other members of the team as and when required.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have a great attitude to work, be personable and extremely keen to learn.   The right candidate does not need to have previous experience in working in an accounts office.  Knowledge of using a computer and Microsoft packages is desirable.

 Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
 Organised and methodical.
 Client focused both internally and externally.
 Carrying out tasks with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
 Ability to operate strict deadlines.
 Ability to work under own initiative.

Yeovil - Full-Time Agricultural Surveyor

Experienced Agricultural Surveyor required to cover the Dorset, South Somerset and the South West Wiltshire area. The role will focus on advising clients and landowners throughout the region on all aspects of professional and agency work.  An interest in livestock auctioneering would be an advantage but not essential.
